BTW, 2:5 is NOT 40%. 2:5 means 2 gallons toluene to 5 gallons gasoline, which is... 7 total gallons, not 5. Hence 28.5% (2/7) not 40%. I was typically running between a 1:5 to 1:7 ratio of toluene to gasoline when I was experimenting with it a while back, and that was enough for my purposes. My soot concern (o2 sensors, cats - if you still use 'em) has some merit and I've discussed this with an industrial chemist as well as fellow engineers. Don't forget my profession and the industry in which I work. ;-)
